Submission and Review
PAPER PREPARATION
Authors are invited to submit papers on English with size from 4 to 6 pages, prepared according to IEEE Conference template. Papers with incorrect formatting will not accepted for reviewing. Paper evaluation criteria are explained in Memo for authors.
PAPER SUBMISSION
A paper may be submitted to one of the technical tracs:
TT1 – Power Industrial Electronics
TT2 – Acoustics, Multimedia and Speech Processing
TT3 – Electronic Components, Packaging and Manufacturing Technology
Please, select correctly most suitable technical track to you research. Paper submission is organized through Microsoft’s Conference Management Toolkit system. Log in to the submission Web page for IEEE STEE-2026. If you are not familiar with the Conference Management Toolkit, you may use a Guide with detailed instructions of registration and paper submitting in the Conference Management Toolkit.
After registering and creating their personal account, and then upload their papers in PDF and DOC (DOCX) format with Conference Management Toolkit. The e-mail notification of submission will be send to corresponding author after submission.
Paper submission deadline is December 31, 2025. Authors of papers with positive reviews will be notified by e-mail for final paper submission in .PDF and .DOC format.
Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.IEEE quality control of Conference Proceedings may lead to delays in posting the Proceedings in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, or decline to post some papers that do not meet the IEEE quality criteria.

INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS FROM UKRAINE
For participants from Ukraine, if the number of foreign authors of the papers does not exceed 50%, discounts up to 96% for online and up to 91 % for onsite participation are provided. The following criteria will be considered:
– the quality of the paper based on the results of the Conference peer review;
– IEEE Ukraine Section Membership;
– volunteering in the IEEE Ukraine Section and its subunits and events;
– employee or student of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
However, for papers with more than half foreign authors, payment of the registration fee in full size is MANDATORY.
