Guideline for manuscript preparation

Authors should prepare their article, graphics in English according to IEEE Conference template. 

The factors that are taken into account during the paper review:
1. Sufficient background analysis.
2. Mathematical foundation.
3. Topicality and practical importance of the research.
4. Scientific novelty of the research and new original contribution of its authors.
5. Verification/Confirmation of the proposed scientific idea.
6. Clear, complete and well-structured text content (including English grammar).

Novelty, Verification/Confirmation are key factors for paper acceptance. Manuscripts with limited novelty, insufficient technical content, and poor language will receive an administrative decision of Immediate Reject without being considered for review. Manuscripts must be prepared carefully and written in a clear and concise style in English within the scope of the journal and represent a novel contribution.
